5.2 Information Required with Quotation
The vendor shall supply the following information with the quotation. The
quotation will be considered technically unacceptable if any of the information
requested is not included. Any proposed alternatives or exceptions to this
standard shall be clearly described in these submittals.
a) Equipment drawings with full dimensions, sizes, foundation mounting
details, electrical schematic wiring diagrams, control enclosure layout and
component layout details.
b) Nameplate data per Section 6.4.8.
c) Certified copy of the test data from the respective units - Design Approval
Tests per Section 7.3. Similar data from a previously built rectifier are
acceptable.
Certification of compliance to this specification with clearly stated exceptions or
proposed alternatives. If alternative or substitution items are proposed,
document the proposal with complete data for both the originally specified items
and proposed substitution items to make a comparison.
