电脑蓝屏 求救~~

我们的电脑老是蓝屏哪位能帮忙解决下；提示提示如下
A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent damage to yourcomputer

If this is the first time you've seen this stop error sereen ,restart your computer. If this sereen appears again, fouow these steps:
check to make sure any new hardware or softare is properly. installed.
If this is anew installation,ask your hardware or softwre manfacturer for any windows updates you might need.
If probtems continue,disable or remove any newly installed narware or software. Disabe BIOS memory options such as caching or shadowing.If you need to use safe mode to remove or diaable components,restart your computer,press F8 to select Advanced startup options,nd then select safe mode.
