1."Excuse me, Jack. Could you please help me ?"
"Yes,what can I do for you ?"
"My pen is out of ink. Could you borrow me a pen ?"
"Sure. Here you are."

2."Hi!Jack. Would you like me to do you a favour ?"
"No, thanks."
"But the box seems to be heavy.Just let me help you."
"No, it's not heavy for me to move it. Thank you all the same."

3."Excuse me. I am new here. Can I ask you some questions ?"
"Sure. Go ahead."
"I am interested in tennis, and I would like to know how could I join the club?"
"Well, it's very simple. Just sign up your name here, and I would keep you noted later."
"Thanks very much"
"You are welcome!"
4."Please wait! Don't you remember what I order ?"
"What ? Let me check it out.....Oh! I am so sorry. My mistake. You are ordering beef, but not lamb. I will deal with it soon"
