VB程序运行起来是中文字符,用GETVBRES却是乱码

是中文的乱码，我怎么实现改动它？其他都以中文显示，就这个是乱码
程序运行起来后这串字符是中文的，可是用GETVBRES打开这个程序显示的那行字符却是乱码!
我用中文替换了那串乱码字符后，程序运行起来就变成乱码，而在GETVBRES里面却是中文，高手教我我应该怎么修改这串字符变中文，我追加分
一楼大哥，我不学VB的，这编程码看不懂。能否有什么软件可以转换UTF-8成UNICODE？
