In my opinion, eating well is more impotant than doing exercise.
Eating is the most common action in our daily life, Because we can not live without foods. Foods provide basic nutritions which we need to keep our body functioning well. However, we don't do exercise every day, Even though doing exercise can make our body more healthy and looking beautiful. In a word, it's of no use to do exercise if you don't eat well.
