超市进销存管理系统是目前应用于公司或是企业进销存管理系统中的典型代表，涉及到了商品或货物管理的4个方面，即进货、销售、库存及报损，不但可以动态跟踪库存的变化，实现采购、入库、销售、出库一体化的管理，亦可对商品进行入库记帐和销售记帐，并提供综合查询、统计、分析等功能，能成倍地提高工作效率，还能及时准确地得到有关信息，有效排除人为造成的失误，避免许多不必要的损失。
