Hello, everyone! Do you have a favourtie sport item? I think you do! I also do. My favourite sport is swimming.
Every afternoon, I go swimming in our small river. When I swim, the small fishes often play with me and kiss my foot too. It makes me comfortable. My parents say I will have a good health if I insist swimming in a right way. So I always ask my P.E. teachers some questions on swimming and he always help me very much.

my first trip
Yesterday was Sunday. The sun was shining. My friend invited me to have a trip to LingShan Mountain. I was a little excited and nervous. I had never go for a trip without my parents. Especially this time we would go by bike. I got up very early , after getting up, I began to get ready. I checked my bike and put some water, food in my bag. At eight o’clock, we started. It’s about 50 kilometers far from my home to the mountain. After two hours’ riding we had a rest, we drunk some water and ate something. All of us were very happy. After the rest, we were on our way again. About two and half hours later we got to the foot of the mountain. We were very happy. One of my friend wanted to climb the mountain at once. But we don’t agree with him. We decided to find a hotel to have a rest instead. And climb the mountain the next day. We didn’t find a hotel but a peasant’s house. The peasants were very friendly. We had a good rest. The next morning we began to climb the mountain. We climbed the mountain while talking and singing. All of us enjoyed the beauty of the mountain. At about four o’clock in the afternoon we got back. We were a little tired but we were very happy.

My favourite sport is basketball as it is very exciting. I like basketball because the N.B.A. stars play very well. Basketball is very cheap and it is a good sport for our health. We can grow taller if we play basketball often. Also it keeps me fit.

I play basketball three times a week. Most often I play it in my school. I often play it with my friends although I may play it myself. I feel very happy when I play basketball in school with my classmates. Sometimes I play basketball in the playground near my home.

Basketball is very easy to play. If you play basketball very well, you can form a basketball team to take part in the competition. If you win the basketball competition, you will have the prize. You may become a famous basketball star.

Therefore, basketball is a very good sport. I think, you can play basketball, can’t you?

The day i look forward to came at last ---a basket macth in my school began.Basketball was one of my most favourite sport .So duing the macth ,i did my best in the macth !
Before the macth ,we drilled more than too hours perday ,though it was very tird at the time .in the blazing sun ,we always tried to meet the high standards which were set .Sweat streamed down and we woundn't wipe it off. only three days later my face was tanned. But i feel happy and pround of it .
Because basketball was my favorite sport !

my first trip
I am 18 year old now , but the first trip i had in my children is like s sweet dream.
On Sunday ,my family wen to climb the beautiful SHUSHAN HILL .My father told my elder sister and me that the first one to get ti the top would be given a toy.We jump ed with joy We start run up .At first i took the lead .A few minutes later i was breathless and my sister was ahead of me .The soft mess of the waving grassand the drowsy,balmy air a;; sent their warm invitation forme to rest.But fowllowed my thirstfor the toy and kept climbing .At last i reached the top first.
There we enjoyed the fasinating view and had about two o'clock we dancedour way douwn the hill with joy in our hearts,and i felt happier than the qthers because igot a toy train.
