Problem I have here is I used my friend’s Paypal account to buy the stuff, and you are supposed to make refund to that account. Unfortunately, my friend’s paypal account has been frozen since then, which could not acceptany payments. As I know refunds which are not accepted for a month will be cancelled automatically, So I guess the refund of RMB250 which we both agreed on should still be in your account.
