One possible version: As is known to all, the high school curriculum is becoming increasingly tight-scheduled and pressuring. I often feel constantly stressed and worried, especially when taking an exam. I can’t eat well, or sleep well. Because I am anxious to study in a famous university.  There are some methods I have tried. A large number of physical activities can reduce my anxiety. Sharing stress with my friends can be enormously helpful. Making time for fun such as listening to music may be good medicine. Sometimes even crying is an efficient way to release stress. What’s more, reading novels or watching some TV programs can help me reduce my stress as well. However, playing computer games is not recommended. In my opinion, students should relax via beneficial and productive means.
