My name is Lihua，one of common students who have a happy life in our school.As the theme of the English composition contest is growing up healthily,I want to share my own experience with everyone.
The meaning of healthy is not only in physical but also in mental.
If we wonder to be a good growing-up,we need an optimistic attitude towards our lifes.An optimist will have more happiness than any others because they know the old saying'Happiness lies in contentment.'
As a student,we also need study hard. Please remeber that knowledge is the power .The ealier we study the sooner we achieve the success.Without a material basis, the spirit could hardly improve.
What's more, it's essential to have a strong body for the young.Doing execrise everyday is a perfect way to promote our physical health.
