随着科学技术的高速发展,在经济竞争愈演愈烈的今天,企业的发展演变成信息、知识和创造性的竞争,而这些资源的唯一来源就是人,人是决定管理绩效乃至整个企业效益最根本性的因素。所以,企业的成功越来越取决于员工积累起来的知识和高度的职业意识,这就要求企业倡导人本管理文化。这就促使企业更加重视对人的管理,从而实现企业的长远发展,使企业立于不败之地。
人本管理是以人为本的管理。它把人视作管理的主要对象和企业最重要的资源,尊重个人价值,全面研发人力资源,通过企业文化建设,培育全体员工共同的价值观,运用各种激励手段,充分调动和发挥人的积极性和创造性,引导全体员工去实现企业的经营目标,依靠全体员工的共同努力,促进企业的不断发展。以求得企业近期经营目标和企业长远发展的最重要因素。
在我国,特别是近些年来,人本管理的思想,越来越受到企业的重视,但究竟如何理解人本管理的概念,构建人本管理对于企业又有什么重要的影响,却不是那么的清晰,因此,就要在正确的理解人本管理的概念及基础上,如何采取正确的方法建立人本管理机制,对企业起到积极促进的影响,是我们当前急待解决的问题。本文就是从这几个方面来研究人本管理思想的。
