Do you feel uncomfortable when other people say nice things to you? Explain your feelings.

My feeling of other people's nice word is depending on the situation. If what they said is true, I will feel happy, almost everyone likes other people praise them and love those beautiful words. Like when I have a good mark, my parents and teachers, even classmates will say nice things to me, which can make me feel good. However, if what they said is not true, or I feel that what they said is greasiness, I will feel really uncomfortable. Because in my opinion, those words are blandishments, seems they want something from me, or they would like me have an overvaluation of myself and be arrogant. This is my feeling when other people say nice things to me.
