When I am free, I like doing sports and listen to the music. I always spend an hour walking or jogging in the park near my house. Besides, I also play table tennis with my friends on weekends. In my opinion, taking exercise can not only rest our brains and eyes but also help build our bodies. When I do sports, I always forget my worries and it can make me happy. When I have time, I like listen to classical music and pop music because it can make me feel relaxed and become refreshed afterwards. I sometimes go fishing with my father on weekends. I started fishing when I was a kid. Sometimes I don't catch anything but it doesn't matter. It's really relaxing. I like the feeling that is when I am fishing, I just forget about everything and my worries. It's great.
