1. 前者更准确。
2. 英语中，如果是用and等连接的并列结构，且前后有相同的成分，则一般在and之后省略它。
所以，第二个be和前面的will be中的be重复，一般会加以省略。
3. 再如：I'll be back and (be) waiting for you here.
