开始选择这个职业的时候只是觉得好玩，觉得每天和孩子们在一起，唱唱歌，跳跳舞，弹弹琴，画画画，真是世界上最幸福的差事了。
可是真的干起来完全不是那么一回事，首先幼儿园教育不属于义务教育，因此国家建园很少，和小学数量不匹配，幼儿数量又很多，所以班级人数就很多，在幼儿多的情况下，既要保证幼儿的安全，又要保证幼儿的全面发展实际上是一件非常不容易的事情。想像欧美国家那样给幼儿充分的自由，几乎是不可能的，因为那意味着很可能发生危险。欧美幼儿园一般每班15名幼儿，配备4名教师。我国的国办园最高时班内幼儿达到40名，配备3名教师，而如果有老师生病，很可能就变成两名教师带40名幼儿，从早晨7点一直要坚持到晚上6点，时长达到11个小时。工作强度非常大。而且还要写教案、反思、论文、总结、布置班级环境，制作活动区材料，写说课稿、准备专家课、示范课、开放日、组织六一活动、教师节演出、排练元旦节目，准备国家评估，接待上级领导来访，而且我还要坚持来上英语课，如果赶上一位好老师做你的搭档还好一些，今年我升班组长给我配的老师就不太靠谱，不但懒，还经常请假，每当想起这些，我想死的心都有。
