2、填空部分需要的意思是“正如”，这里是一个定语从句，as指代前面的句子，而且是固定用法，比如as is known to us----正如我们所知。
3、填空部分需要一个词，做as to引导的宾语从句的主语部分，不是定语从句所以不能用which,而所需要词指代的bob or helen相当于该从句的主语，所以用who。
