You are Tom, you have just bought a radio at the Modern plaza. The radio, works for two days before it stooped working. You write to the manager to complain about what happened to you .

Dear Sir/Madam:

I am writing to complain about a radio that I have bought at your place just two days ago. It had worked when I bought it, but had stopped working this morning. I have tried to fix it according to the user's manual, but that failed. I demand to have my money returned, for it is clearly a faulty appliance and I no longer wish to have anything to do with it.
