I am writing to make a strong complaint about the impolite treatment I received when I had my cellphone repaired in your store last weekend.
With a cellphone in my hand,I entered your store and asked for a help because my cellphone was broken.
I would like to appreciate it if your staff could be more friendly to me.As I offered my cellphone to the staff and asked him whether my cellphone could be repaired.However,the staff said rudely to me:"There are something wrong with your cellphone,you should pay 60yuan for it." I was so surprised at the price,for it was unexpectedly expensive.Therefore,I asked politely:"Would you please make it lower?" The most surprising things was the staff's answer.He said:"If you are willing to afford this,I will repair it for you immediately,if not,just get away." Of cause,I was so angry when I hearing this and went out right now without another word.
I trust you will give this complaint your prompt attention as the whole embarrassing incident was a great disappointment to your consumer.And by the way,I am sure that you don't want to lose any of your consumers right?
