New year's resolutions
It's a great honor for me to present myself here. How time flies, the new year has begun, and today, I'd like to talk about my new year's resolutions.
As the Chinese old saying goes, "New year, new start". In the new year, I will go on improving myself in all aspects, for example, practising oral English, taking part in more activities, and making more friends.
Firstly, I want to improve my oral English. English has been more and more widely used, and it's very important to speak fluent English. I'm going to look for a foreign partner to talk with, knowing more about the English culture.
Secondly, I'd like to participate in more social activities. It's far from enough to have a knowledge of our textbooks. Taking part in activities will make us students know more about the real world and get more experience.
Thirdly, I want to make more friends. It's good to know not only my classmates but only other people from various areas. It helps broaden my view(horizon).

It's my great pleasure to have this chance to know every of you,and I'd like to take this chance to introduce myself so that I can make friends with you.I am Chinese,but my major is Japanese.Therefore,my English is very poor.I wish that you can give me some help on my English.And in return,I'd like to share my toys and books with you.As you see,I am a boy,of course,not handsome and not ugly,either. Just like you,I am young and energetic.I have lots of interests and hobbies,such as football,basketball,pop music and video games as well.I am sure I will have a great time with every of you here.Perhaps,you can tell me what your interests are so that I can learn from you.So,I am friendly,frank and modest as you wish.Oh,by the way,I am interested in my lessons.As mentioned above,only my English is my weak subject. Ok,come on,give me some help,I will invite you to some snacks,although that will make myself hungry.
I am neither clever nor stupid,I will try tolearn English well.Meanwhile,I have a happy family.Both my parents are very kind.If possible,I will invite you to my house and have a party there,and then, you will have more friends.
