摘 要 ：本研究的野外观察和实验地点设在昆明植物园羽西杜鹃园内。2011年3月至5月，对样地内高3米以上的杜鹃花的传粉生物学进行研究。标记特定花序开花的时间，在自然条件下连续数天定位观察并记录花朵的开放过程，直至花瓣脱落。我们对云锦杜鹃进行了开花物候观察及传粉昆虫的观察知道：云锦杜鹃的开花时间从5月初至5月底，单花开花时间都在1周以上。在开花后2–4 d, 柱头粘液最多, 花粉则成丝状散出, 具粘性; 开花一周左右, 柱头开始枯萎,花冠脱落, 雄蕊也开始脱落, 已基本完成单花开花周期。云锦杜鹃的访花昆虫都在单花开花2–4 d内较多。访花昆虫活动高峰期, 随太阳照射的强度而改变。花粉活力与柱头可授性测定发现：在观察中我们发现在花瓣未开放前一天，花粉已从花粉囊散出。花粉活力在开花后72–120小时达到最高。在室温下，云锦杜鹃的花粉寿命可达72小时以上。通过对繁育系统设计实验研究，我们共得到8个人工授粉组合的实验结果。
