First welcome to our school lab . I am very happy to tell you what we should do before and in the experiment which we do in this lab . Before we get in the lab ,we should make some preparations . When we are in the lab ,we must follow the instruction of our teachers . And we can not touch anything without our teachers(这应该是所有格，可是我的手机打不出来，抱歉) permittion，because some chemical materials are dangerous to our skin . After having done the experiment , we are supposed to put the instrument back to the cupboard . Then we clear the room and eventually close the windows and lock the door.我忘了初中是什么水平了，不过我用的都是简单句，应该符合你的要求吧，希望这能让你满意。
