这个题目感觉是A， 可是解释不了原因麻烦帮忙分析结构。

本题里面的B是省略了吧？ 但是怎么能省去这么多呢？ 在语法上怎么解释好 呢？、

1.as it is planned 正如计划的那样，在状语从句中含有it is 的时候或者和主句主语一致时可以省略主语和系动词be.
2.the other is painted white。为了避免重复省略了should be painted。所以A项带了is不正确.
