when the accident happened,maybe quarrel with customer or with guys.i always can keep calm to treat it.and i also tell it to security.
for example;one day ,my colleague from Australia need to deal with the invitation ,but it will need two days because of the time difference.so i make a quickly communication with agency,at the same time i get the material with my colleague.At last i succeed to help my colleague to get the invitation from the agency because my long-termed work with agency.
