My favorite way of learning English is to memorize vocabularies. Even though, your grammar might not be accurate however, the native speakers could comprehend what you are trying to say. You might come to conclusion that memorizing vocabulary is boring, but, I strongly suggest you do be determined because nothing can be accomplished without efforts.
The only thing that is difficult in learning English is grammar. As you can see from my paragraph above, my grammar skills aren't as accurate as what you've been taught in school. This is because that is the way how native speakers communicate and it is tiresome to use the correct grammar.
Still, speaking is the most important part, but it is the one of the most difficulties among non-native speakers. So, practicing with people from English-speaking countries, is the most effective way to perfect your English skills.
