干豆角的做法如下:
主要材料:豆角、水、盐。

1、豆角掐去头、撕掉老筋,找一个较大的盆,用清水冲洗几次,将其表面的浮尘与杂质冲洗掉。

2、锅中加入大半锅的清水,加入3大勺盐,大火煮开。

3、锅中水开后,加入豆角开大火再次煮开,继续煮5分钟左右。这时的豆角会微微变黄,也变得比较软,用筷子挑起来豆角自然下垂。

4、用筷子将豆角挑出,放入大盆中,晾至微凉不烫手。

5、豆角晾至不烫手后,找一个架子放在阳光强烈的地方,将其一根根地整齐挂在架子上。晾48小时左右,将豆角中的水分全部蒸发,干豆角就做好啦。
