当企业高层管理人员突然提出辞职,我认为公司高层管理人员按照下面的方法就能处理好这场危机:
1.高层管理人员要保持镇定,

2.高层管理人员要表示关注和关心
如果管理者表现得好像什么也没有发生,若无其亊,不仅不会减轻员工的惶恐感,还会更加加重员工的猜疑心态,一些员工会觉得管理者没有人情味,对企业失去更多信心.
3.留心细微之处,注意员工的要求
公司高层管理者应及时深入第一线,了解员工的情绪和与员工有关的各种情况,尽量挽留即将跟随该高管而去的人员.
4.加强人才继任规划
除了选拔该职位的继任人选,公司还要加强核心人员的继任规划,避免在以后的核心人员离职后造成对公司的影响
