后面的就是postpone doing sth了，是动词postpone的固定用法，delay也是这么用的，这是高中需要记住的语言点。你可以查查字典。

我没有办法理解他，to postpone making后面是用来形容为什么我没有办法理解他的原因。为什么不选A，是因为postpone后接动词的ing形式。
