In the rapid development of e-commerce, logistics is an important integral part in facing the great opportunities and challenges. As China's logistics industry is at an initial stage of development, there is huge space for growth in this industry. A set of strategies for developing China's logistics industry in e-commerce has been put forward in light of China's national conditions and on the basis of analyzing how far the country has come in developing this industry and where the bottlenecks are.

This article breaks down into four parts: 1. the impact of e-commerce on the logistics industry; 2. the current state of e-commerce; 3. the problems encountered in the development of logistics in e-commerce; 4. prospects of and strategies for the development of logistics in an e-commerce setting.

Building on the four parts, the article points out the development of China's logistics industry in a multi-functional direction and offers recommendations targeted at the development of this industry.
