关于生病请假的英语作文。谢谢。急

关于请假的一篇英语作文。因为要去看医生，所以不能去学校。写一个请假条、必须包括以下几个症状。
1.a slight headache（头疼）
2.a sore throat[嗓子痛】
3. sneeze<打喷嚏
4.feeling weak(感觉不好）
5.might have a temperature（发高烧）

Today i am feeling very weak. i caught a slight headache and a sore throat yesterday. what was worse, i sneezed from time to time. my mother said that i might have a temperature. she suggested me going to see the doctor. so i can not go to school today.but i will ask my deskmate for help in study and will not fall behind.

Hello.I'm sorry to tell you that I can't go to school today.I caught cold yesterday.I have a slight headache and a sore throat.I sneeze very often and is feeling weak.I might have a temperature.I will have to go to see a doctor.So I would like to take a day off.Thank you.
