上周六8:30am，你从西安前往宝鸡参加姐姐的婚礼。司机违规，出车晚了半个小时，还沿途等人，上人，三个小时的行程跑了四个多小时，导致你错过了12:00的婚礼仪式。无理的司机，拒绝你换车和退给你钱让你愤怒，为此，你向其公司投诉该司机。
投诉信应包括：1。投诉的原因；
2。叙述当时情况及你的应对措施；
3。希望问题能得到解决。

Last saturday morning at 8：30，I came from Xi'an to Bao Ji to participate in my sister's wedding,but unfortunately the driver from your bus company violated the regulation.He drove out late for about half an hour.Moreover,he waited for other people on my way.As a result,three hour's trail took me more than four hours.This action made me miss the wedding at 12:00.Seriously,the driver refused me to change another bus and give my bus charges back to me.I can't help controlling my terrible mood ，so I hope you can help me solve this matter at hand as soon as possible so that it will not happen any more.
