提高学生英语口语水平与英语交际能力已经刻不容缓。我国教育
部颁布的英语教学大纲也提出了要培养交际能力。但是,由于各
种内在的因素和外在的因素制约了学生英语交际能力的培养,如
学生自身、学校教学方面的硬件和软件,在这方面农村中学表现
更为明显。在中学英语教学中,重知识传授、轻能力培养、教学目
标单一、教学方法死板、教学内容陈旧的现象普遍存在。因此,中
学英语教学中如何培养学生的初步运用英语进行交际的能力成
了刻不容缓的任务。本文主要从造成英语学习困难的原因入手,
对农村中学生英语口语表达能力的培养进行粗浅的探讨,并且提
出一些提高学生英语口语表达能力的策略和方法。

Developing a good habit of speaking in English generally produces a multiplier effect on learning English.
The paper mainly explores the importance of the practical abilities of expression during the English teaching process in junior high schools, as well as raises effective strategic methods to improve students' oral English skills.

With the accelerated process of economic globalization along with the increasingly frequent international exchanges, increasing the level of the students' spoken English and English communication skills is imperative. Issued by the Ministry of Education also made the English syllabus to develop communication skills.
