请问我这个分数能申请美国东北大学研究生么？

我托福80，gre 300+740+3，gpa3.4，不知道申请ee或者bme够不够？
他网站上我知道到了工程研究生院的要求：GRE/TOEFL他写的我倒是够了
Northeastern encourages you to apply to the GSE, even though you may not fulfill the requirements listed below. Admissions decisions are based upon an evaluation of the complete application package.
- The average GRE score for the Quantitative section is 740.
- The required minimum TOEFL score is 550 (paper-based), 213 (computer-based), or 79-80 (internet-based) for graduate engineering applicants. The TSE or TWE exams are not required.
