1、选B 对现在时态的虚拟（互相对话--现在）
2、选D 因为it前没有名词，所以用How 。 然后How+形容词，副词。
特殊疑问句：do you think 插入语，不看，When will the performance be held ？
fun 不可数，一定不能加a

1.C 是不是C答案打错了（think），强调要用过去式，因为之前未想到他会给我送礼物。
觉得B答案的never thought有点不礼貌，不过也可以吧。
2.A fun不可数，不用加a。第一个填how funny或者what fun，第二空从句是陈述句。
