8.0 AGENCY REMUNERATION
8.1 Agency Fee
In consideration for the services rendered to the agent under this agreement the Sub-Agent’s remuneration shall be as per mutually agreed on case by case basis.

9.0 DATA POLICY
9.1 All data/information handled by the Sub-Agent on behalf of the Agent shall be considered the property of the Agent.

9.2 The Sub-Agent shall utilize the latest technology in order to secure that the Agent’s data is kept in a safe environment and maintain procedures that ensure safekeeping of such data.

9.3 Except as specifically authorized by this agreement, all use of the Agent’s data or data pertaining to the Agent shall be subject to the Agent’s prior written approval.
