Firstly, you need to join a Chinese study class,which will offer you much oppotunity to speak Chinese;
seccondly, try to read Chinese books and TV program.I am sure that this will improve your hearing;
thirdly,you can learn me Chinese songs, because songs can help you remember CHinese words easily and be good to study Chinese grammer;
Finalily, it is necessary to make Chinese friends. You will benifit from them for you can communicate with them in Chinese and get much suggestion.
