I am so sorry that I couldn't take part in your company's New Products Launching for I have been taken ill and now still in hospital. I shall make a visit to your company as soon as I have recovered.
In the same time, I am really looking forward to give a trial to your new products and also hope that our business relation will get better and better. Best regards.

上面是以新产品发布会已是过去作道歉，若是还未开始的话则要把 I couldn't take part 改为: I won't be able to take part.
