目的,观察烹饪实践课对预防患者上消化道出血的效果,及患者对饮食知识的掌握及依从性。方法,对有出血史的患者开展烹饪实践课,随访一年采集患者依从性及再出血史指标。结果 表1中计算得出P< 0. 05,证明烹饪实践课对预防再出血有很好的作用和意义。结论 比起传统单一的指导方式,烹饪实践课对患者的依从性及再出血的预防更可行,更有意义。

Objective: See whether the practical cuisine course can prevent patients from upper gastrointestinal bleeding and whether patients can grasp the common senses of diet and show the willing to comply in this course.
Method: Have the patients who possess the history of bleeding in the practical cuisine course, and then, spend one year to follow up their development status, and finally, analyse their compliance to the course and the index of their bleeding history.
Result: It is calculated P < 0. 05 in Table 1. It proves that the practical cuisine course has made effect and sense for a patient to prevent a rebleed.
Conclusion: Compared with the uniform mode of guidance before, the practical cuisine course offers another more feasible and effective way in dealing with patients' compliance and rehemorrhage prevention.
