21世纪,随着知识经济时代的到来,拥有知识的人才成为企业之间争夺的焦点。人力资源已被看作是企业可持续发展的动力和竞争制胜的法宝。人类进入知识经济时代后,掌握最有价值的知识资本的知识型员工日益成为企业提升竞争力的宝贵资源。企业要成为知识型企业,就必须拥有知识型员工。知识型员工作为现代企业的智力资本,是企业创新的源泉,企业要发展要创新,就必须依赖于知识员工。而管理好智力资本就成为企业竞争力的关键所在。在人员流动日益频繁的今天,知识型员工对企业的忠诚是企业生存和发展的基础,员工对企业的忠诚度也是反映一个企业人力资源管理水平的重要指标,而提高知识型员工的忠诚度也就日益成为企业做强做优的一项全局性、战略性的任务。知识型员工虽然是企业发展中必不可少的生产要素,但流动率却远远高于普通员工。所以如何去降低知识性员工流失给企业带来的损失,如何提高知识型员工的忠诚度已经成为许多企业所面临的重要问题。本文就企业对员工忠诚度管理所出现的问题为切入口,多方面的阐述了知识型员工的特点、知识员工对企业发展的重要性、分析了忠诚度的内涵及价值、分析了组织认同与知识型员工的忠诚度关系、分析了知识型员工流失的原因及企业现在知识员工的忠诚度现状,并就目前我国企业知识型员工忠诚度普遍下降这一现状,提出培养企业知识型员工忠诚度的相应思路和对策。 展开
