yesterday i saw a movie 《Shawshank Redemption》with my classmates, it told us a story about Andy's life in the prison.
A banker, called Andy Dufresne, was sent into the prison, shawshank, for he murdered his wife and her lover. In fact he is innocent. The life in prison is hard. He experienced the jail bullying scoundrel's harassment, violence. But he never gave up the hope of getting out the jail. He did many things to get prepared while waiting for the chance to escape, such as expanding the library, caving stones and helping others money laundering and so on.What he really did is to dig a passage leading to outside without being seen. He overcomed many difficulties and obstacles and found a good chance to escape. On a lightening and thundering night, he crawled through the tunnel as fast as he could and ecaped the hell successfully. He regained the freedom eventually.
The movie is so moving and inspiring that won't forget it forever. I will often recall the scene and words impressd me. I like Andy, for his talent and wisdom. And the important point that attracted me most is his spirit——never giving up hope whenever in any hard situation.
