英语中连词在什么时候需要用逗号与前面

放在句中的连词只有两种形式,一个是前后都有逗号,比如：however,for example,as a result,therefore,in the end,等等。
还有一种,只有前面有逗号,比如and ,or,for ,but ,thus ,等等。
