第六十条 乙方不得在商场之任何地方饲养禽鸟、宠物和动物。

2. All promotion/sales activities must ad herd to fair competition, no loudly and nuisance to lure the customer.
3. The promotion/sales activities should be labelled clearly with the correct pricing. No display of banner or poster with the misleading wording i.e.: "Cheap Sales", " Great Discount" "Closing down Sales" "Bleeding Sales" etc which are not synchronised with the whole setting of the entire shopping mall. Else, any party can ask the other party to remove those displays/poster.
According to chapter 59 Act::- No party can order, direct or allow anyone to do anything against the laws - jeopardize the general public interests, and immoral conducts; No gambling, no nuisance noise/volume and playing chest during business hours.
Chapter 60 Act - No party can keep pets, birds or animal in the building.
