dawn 可以理解为黎明，也可以理解为开端。
句意：到了冬天的时候，熔炉的燃料因为冷气所以开始的时候不容易节省下来，这样就显得不便了。
理解为：it is convenient to be cold with most of furnace fuel.
most of what 可以在从句中用，其它选项不可以。OF 也不可以接that所以只能选A。
冷气影响引擎的温热，这样就不容易启动，所以更加容易浪费燃料，也会便机器更使用不便。句子就是这样理解。
