第一题，题目有问题，b d答案一样，都是could；主要根据句子意思来看，应该是说我几乎不能告诉你他离开我有多伤心，选could更合适。
第二题，选c是对的，是猜测，他可能没有理解警察的问题，句式the boy was...是过去式，而问问题发生在这个过去动作之前，所以应该用完成时。
第三题，a对，后面是现在时，说明这个作尚未发生，说明他还没有去做志愿者，说话者在劝这个人不要去当志愿者，所以b是错的，b是动作已经发生时用的句式。
