In your letter you asked me about your problem--how to be sexy and beautiful.In my opinion, natural beauty is much better than to have any plastic operation.Health is the most important factor to beauty,never listen to any crazy advertisement of plastic operation,you will risk the danger of becoming a disability or been disfigured.
First,eat a balanced diet,and have more green food,which is not mean that the food's color is green,but the food is natural grown and is good for you health,such as vegetables and fruits.for example,having a tomato every day will be much better to choose any expensive skin care product. Then, don't eat too much fast food.They are all bad for your health and sexy curve.
Next, sports regularly.you should make a sporting schedule and stick it out.Don't be tired of it or all your previous efforts will waste.
