本文通过对二十一世纪中国农业面临的严峻形势与国际国内市场我国农产品竞争状况，自然资源与生态面临破坏及污染的潜在危险的分析，尤其是加入WTO后，国际市场对农产品高品位、高质量、优品种和无毒无害无污染的要求及我国发展绿色农业及绿色农产品的优势条件的分析，提出了二十一世纪中国绿色农业发展战略及其对策。

This paper put forward some development strategies and some relative countermeasures of Chinese green agriculture in the 21th century by the following analysis: the severe situation that Chinese agriculture facing in the 21th century, the competitive status of Chinese agro-based products in national and international markets, the damage of natural resources and the eco-system, the potential risk of pollution, the requirements of high-grade, high-quality,fine-variety, non-toxic, non-hazardous, and non-polluted agro-products in international market specially after China's entry into WTO(World Trade Orgnization), and the advantages of the development of green agriculture and green agro-products in China.
