非智力因素既能促进智力因素的发展,提高人的工作和学习效率,又能陶冶人的高尚生活情趣,对造就人才有着极其重要的实际意义。非智力因素对学生的智力活动、智力发展、学习效果会产生影响,在学习环境、教育条件及智力水平大致相同的情况下,可以形成如下等式:学习效果=智力+非智力因素。因此,非智力因素是学生学习成功的一个极其重要的方面,是学生提高学习效率的必不可少的心理条件。忽视非智力因素而谈智力发展、谈学习效率,是不切实际的空话。
数学学科的主要内容由数学概念组成,所以数学概念教学是中学数学教学中最为常见的一个环节,也是关键的一步。数学概念教学效果如何,直接关系到学生对于相关基础知识的认识程度,进而影响到学生整体知识结构的创建与基于新课程理念的数学概念教学的策略研究与实践扩大,影响到学生思维能力的发展和提高。从某种意义上说,数学概念是数学理论的根基和精髓,是数学大厦的基石,因而数学概念教学是数学教学的首要任务,是进一步进行数学规律、理论学习的基础,如果学生没有建构一系列清晰、准确的数学概念,不能正确理解数学概念的含义,就失去了进一步学习的基础。
本文首先研究学困生产生的非智力原因,其次分析学困生的非智力因素对学习的影响,重点研究影响概念教与学过程中的非智力因素,通过教学案例、数学实验、个案研究的方法,重点讨论教学理论在概念教学中的运用,并通过定性、定量分析,帮助数困生正确理解数学概念,培养非智力因素,转化数困生,有效提高教育教学效果。
论文共5章:
第1章阐述了问题研究背景;第2章主要介绍了国内外对数困生、非智力因素、概念教学的研究现状;第3章分析了迁移理论在高中数列教学中运用的可行性;第4章主要是对实验数据的整理及分析;第5章是对教学的几点思考,主要是在概念教学中非智力因素培养的策略研究。
