我英语不好，老不知道什么时候用is/are什么时候用do/does等

is /are /am 1可以作系动词，如I am Chinese. / He is handsome.
2 可以用助动词，做助动词用时，用来构成进行时，如 I am doing my homework./
They are playing basketballs./ He was having supper when the bell rang.
do/does/did 1 可以作助动词，初中阶段见得最多的是用来构成疑问句和否定句。
如：How do you ususally go to school?/ When did you get up this morning?
I don't like the movie.
2 作实意动词，“做”的意思。如：He usually does his homework at school.
I do morning exercise every day.
