1 Certificates largely speak one's basic qualification.
2 Certificates can indicate that the interviewee has prepared well for the interview, or as least have a positive attitude.
3 Time is limited in a job interview, certificates can help the interviewers to know more about the interviewees. Even though it is endeniable that certificates cannot speak one's ability entirely, it can give the interviewer a good first impression.
5 People without certain certificate could no way be permitted to do specific jobs after all, such as doctor, lawer, teacher and so on.
6 Some other job interviews required the certificates compulsively as well. For example, the TOFEl certificate for a job abroad.
驳论
1 Everything that is, is reasonable. If people contradict the usage of the certificate, then how come they still exist in today's society?
2 If the certificate system was removed, how can you guarantee a person to be qualified to do the job?
