8. Project implementation
The principles of the project implementation and implementation process are given in this chapter.
8.1 Principle of implementation
The principles of the project implementation are given as follows:
. Drill precedence over communication
Pattern drills should be carried before controlled output exercises in order to ensure fluency and accuracy.
. Understanding precedence over expressing

. Collective activity precedence over individual activity

T: We have learned useful expressions about greetings, today we are going to listen to a dialogue about to page 3 look at the requirement first (Teacher goes through each task before playing the tape and make sure the Ss understand what to do)
T: Then we'll deal with No.1 This item is mainly asking us to to write down the sentences We hear. Listen carefully and write down the answer. Then I'll check your answers.

B : Hello.My name is Mingming.Nice to meet you.
A : Nice to meet you too.
B :Where are you from?
A: I'm from America.I'm your new English teacher.
