I am an Operations Manager for Maesa, a New York-based company that owns and manages the FLOWER line at Walmart. We have recently started working on our 2016 holiday giftset program, and were wondering if you could please review the attached program brief and let us know if it is within your capabilities. If so, we would like to receive pricing and formula samples as soon as possible.

The brief explains in detail all the sets we would like to produce and the items to be included in each one. It also contains information regarding the colors/design/formula inspiration, pack out, quantities, and target costs. Except in cases in which Maesa will provide custom components (which are clearly indicated in this document), we would like to use stock base formulas and stock components to keep the cost as low as possible.

Please note that Maesa will provide the corrugate PDQ tray pictured on Page 4, but that your quote should include production and assembly of the full giftset assortment, the packing of the giftsets into the Maesa-provided trays, the master shipper with 2-color print on all 4 sides, and the top layer pad.

Finally, we are required to meet Walmart’s supply chain standards, and therefore will give higher consideration to suppliers that have previously provided giftsets for Walmart and/or have already passed a Walmart audit. Please indicate whether you have been audited and/or supplied to Walmart in the past, and if so, please provide a copy of your Walmart audit report.

TIMING

PACKAGING
The fragrance/bath & body giftsets require the following primary components:
- 150ml tube with white fliptop cap
- 200ml plastic bottle with spray pump
- 150ml plastic jar with white cap
- 75ml clear plastic bottle with clear cap and spray pump
- 16ml squeezable tube (aluminum or aluminum finish)
As noted in the brief, the EDP bottle, pump, and cap will be provided by Maesa because they must match what already exists in our line.
For the color cosmetic giftsets, please refer to the brief for the types of stock components we would like to see. Let me know what you have to offer.

包装
